Roy Legumex follows GMP (good manufacturing practices) program at all of our processing plants. Our written HACCP plan is closely modeled on the Manitoba HACCP Advantage. We regularly self-audit, in tandem with having 3rd party auditors tour our plants. All staff involved in food production are trained on food safety procedures, and training sessions are documented.
